Recent ActivityClass Announcements  Apple Day RotationsSeptember 22, 2009 We had a wonderful time taking part in our very first kindergarten rotations. We had numerous apple activities within each kindergarten classroom. In our room we read a book about the life cycle of the apple/apple tree called, Amazing Apples. We also created patterns with apple prints. Be sure to ask your child what they did in each of the other kindergarten classrooms. We also took some time in the morning and added ingredients to our school crock-pot and made our very own homemade applesauce! Thirteen kids predicted they would love and thirteen kiddos said they thought it was yummy after taste testing! Sadly, two kids thought it would be yucky but after tasting it five kiddos said it WAS yucky!! We will also be taste testing a variety of apples and deciding which one we want in our fridges at home the most! Thanks so much for the apple donations! We are having great fun!
